Stop counting manually. Automate your piping takeoffs.
What used to take hours of manual counting takes minutes to review, correct, and confirm. TakeOffTrak does the heavy lifting — you do the quality control.

Why I built TakeOffTrak
After fifteen years in project controls, estimating, and field execution on industrial piping projects, I knew how much time was wasted counting welds and fittings off ISOs by hand. I lived it. I spent hours manually taking off materials into Excel, one fitting at a time, one weld at a time.
So I built TakeOffTrak around the way takeoffs are already done. It reads your ISOs, detects every weld, fitting, and support, and puts it straight into Excel, ready to price. Same process you already know, just faster. What used to take a full day now takes minutes to review and confirm.
TakeOffTrak doesn't lose focus because there are 50 drawings left at 3pm on a Friday. But it also doesn't replace the people who know what right looks like. You verify every item on the drawing. You make the calls. TakeOffTrak does the grunt work.

Every item traced back to the drawing. Nothing hidden behind a spreadsheet.
TakeOffTrak highlights every weld, fitting, and support directly on the ISO. If it was taken off, you can see exactly where it came from.

Every item marked on the drawing
Click any line item in the takeoff and see exactly where it came from on the ISO. Welds, fittings, supports — all highlighted.

Spot what it missed in seconds
Scan the drawing with the overlay on — unmarked areas stand out immediately. Your QC step takes minutes, not hours.

Edit anything. You stay in control.
Wrong weld type? Missed a support? Add, remove, or reclassify any item directly on the drawing. The takeoff is a starting point — you own the final numbers.
The takeoff engine powering estimators worldwide.
From mom-and-pop fabrication shops to multinational contractors, TakeOffTrak processes thousands of ISO drawings every month — across every drawing format we've encountered.
Active companies using TakeOffTrak every week across pipe fabrication, paint, insulation, and mechanical.
ISO drawings processed from sources worldwide — the training data that makes our detection engine unmatched.
Average time to fully extract welds, materials, and supports from a single ISO drawing.
Global reach — from Louisiana to India, Canada to Africa. Imperial and metric both supported.
Upload a drawing. Get a complete takeoff.
Every weld, fitting, support, and material is detected and categorized automatically — with paint and insulation surface area calculations built in.
One platform. Every discipline.
Whether you're fabricating pipe, estimating paint and insulation, or pulling field material quantities — TakeOffTrak handles it all from a single ISO upload.

Generic PDF tools and manual counting weren't designed for pipe fabrication. TakeOffTrak was.

Estimators, project managers, and QC teams rely on TakeOffTrak to cut hours off their workflow — and catch what manual counting misses.
“I don’t know what I am doing… But I figured out enough of it to know that this is absolute genius! I even tried two drawings in weld map and it carries the numeration over to the next ISO. Where was this when we were typing in and hand marking all this crap!”
